This space includes a 100 sq.ft. private attached bath and walk-in closet and a 200 sq.ft. room. Sorry, but no pets are allowed.

This space is located in a quiet 55+ community in a safe neighborhood. It is within walking/biking distance of Sonoma Market, Whole Foods, Safeway, Fryer Creek Trails, and downtown. As a 55+ community, all residents must be at least 45 years old, pay for a $40 background check, agree to a credit check, provide rental references from the last 5 years, show verification of income for the last three years, and follow all community rules and regulations.
